Blockout Academy Online Training

Blockout Academy is a volleyball training facility located in Homewood, AL, founded by Coach Nevena Taylor in 2016. Coach Nev runs Blockout with her husband DJ Taylor. Coach Nev is a former Division 1 collegiate and professional volleyball player, while DJ is a decorated Strength and Conditioning Coach, who works with many high school and collegiate teams and athletes in the area. In-person and online, Blockout offers in-depth training in each of the three pillars of athletic performance: skill, strength, and mental performance.

Rule of 60
Rule of 60 is a 4 week training program is geared toward improved body compositionand weight loss. The program is built on a simple foundation, 60! Each exercise block accumulates 60 reps in different varieties, in order to maximize strength and hypertrophy gains. Rule of 60 is designed for anyone to do, regardless of background or age. Thisprogram will challenge you, but you can complete it successfully. You will have a great time on this journey!
