John Morales CSC, CPT M.S. Kinesiology

Meet John, a seasoned coach with over a decade of experience in training high-profile athletes and clients. Known for his meticulous programming, he attracts athletes during the off-season who seek his expertise in optimizing performance. He firmly believes that movement is a language, and mastering it is essential for progression. John has developed a movement-based approach that encompasses strength, conditioning, power, hypertrophy, and mobility.
 

John's journey in the fitness industry began in 2014 when he embarked on a career as a trainer at a local performance gym in Miami. He quickly expanded his reach by working with various high school teams, where he supervised their strength and conditioning training throughout the summer and competitive seasons. Simultaneously, he pursued his undergraduate degree and gained valuable experience as an intern at Florida International University, supporting the football and baseball teams. In 2019, he completed his Masters in Kinesiology while working as a performance trainer and recovery specialist at a physical therapy clinic. 

 

In 2020, John fulfilled his dream by opening InVivo Strength and Conditioning, where he specializes in conditioning for MMA fighters and baseball athletes. Additionally, he shares his knowledge as a  professor, teaching courses on sports psychology and sport and fitness studies.
