My name is Sam Davis and I'm the owner of NeuroLogic Fitness Training Systems. I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist that has a primary focus on pain management and human performance. Fitness is more than just lifting weights or going for a run with no plan for success. At NeuroLogic Fitness, we focus on utilizing applied neurology principles to optimize your movement and overall well-being. Although there is not much weight needed for this program, this is NOT for beginners. Athletes should have a solid foundation level of strength and endurance before starting.
