Workout Plans

Sup butt buddies, I've built out a few programs for you guys designed to help you no matter where your starting point is. 

 

The $19/month covers your program, but also is a flat rate for access to all the programs - just have to let me know and I'll add them on for you. 

 

There are 6 types of programs, listed the most popular one on top but as a guide: 

  • Fitness is Easy plans (updated for 2026): covering full body strength training and cardio programming, emphasis on efficiency (30-45 min workouts). Out of order as intermediate is most popular, and below is the Full Spectrum that has every level from beginner-pro and beyond if you like looking ahead at where you'll be 6 or 12 months down the line.
  • Fitness Is My Hobby (extended versions): Modified versions of the easy fitness plans designed for people who have 45-90 min to workout
  • merry thiCCCmAss: a home friendly, dumbbell based booty building program from the 12 week challenge I ran late 2024 
  • Better Butts: strictly glute programs, spanning from 2x/week to 3x/week
  • Splits: Similar to full fitness, except the lifts are split into body part splits
  • Band only: Travel plan or for people who only have bands at home

They are listed in order of above with, the easy/efficient programs and levels first followed by the extended versions (the original 'easy' ones, that were a bit too long IMO), each program lasting 8 weeks. If you aren't sure about what level, the second option (full slate) gives you access to all levels beginner-pro for the fitness is easy plans so you can pick and choose as needed or go from start to finish!

Once you're done with a program, you can either sign up for the next level - or repeat the program but with your new weights if you don't feel ready to up the complexity.
